# The 12-Week MBA

> The 12-Week MBA is a part-time, online mini-MBA for working professionals, created by Abilitie in collaboration with TED and validated by St. Edward’s University. Cohorts meet live three times a week for two-hour faculty-led sessions built around business simulations, team projects and curated TED Talks, and graduates receive a graduate-level Professional Education Certificate from St. Edward’s University.

First delivered in 2019 as the Invited MBA in Austin, Texas, the program is now global, with alumni on five continents. Each cohort ends with a two-day in-person capstone in a global business hub, with a virtual option.
