Dr. Gloria Tam is an executive education expert and thought leader in strategy, leadership, and learning innovation. She led BCG U at the Boston Consulting Group and spent a decade at McKinsey & Company, later serving as Head of Global Onboard Learning. She also held senior roles at Yale School of Management, Minerva University, and the Minerva Project.

He holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Nonlinear Dynamics from the University of Virginia.

Matt Rubins is an investor focused on education and technology. He spent a decade as a General Partner at M/C Venture Partners, a $1B+ venture capital firm, and began his career as an investment banker on Wall Street. He holds degrees from Harvard Business School and Cornell University and teaches entrepreneurship and finance at Northeastern University.

He holds an MBA from MIT and an MPP from Harvard University.

François-Alexandre Léonard is a business leader with experience leading operational teams in high-growth startups across Europe and Asia. He served as COO of Doctolib and ZUZU Hospitality, and earlier worked in private equity in China and at McKinsey & Company. He holds master’s degrees from HEC Paris and CEMS.
