Meet The Faculty

The 12-Week MBA is led by a world-class global faculty with senior leadership and real-world operating experience. Many are former C-suite leaders who have built teams, scaled organizations, and navigated complex business challenges across industries and regions. With backgrounds spanning global companies, top universities, and leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, they bring deep expertise and practical insight to every session.

Alain Falkon
Background: CEO Telectrónica, University of Chicago
Location: Argentina

Alain Falkon is an entrepreneur and business educator with experience in engineering, finance, and leadership development. Since 2002, he has served as President of Telectrónica and founded and led technology ventures across Latin America. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Valérie Scheer
Background: McKinsey, Harvard
Location: Dubai & Germany

Valérie Scheer spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and later led Professional Development for the McKinsey Middle East office. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rebecca Kaloo
Background: Ernst & Young, Deloitte
Location: London, England

Rebecca Kaloo is a leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience delivering business programs for global organizations. She began her career at Ernst & Young and Deloitte. A Chartered Accountant (ACA), she specializes in experiential learning that strengthens business acumen, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Raleshaba Moeng
Background: IBM, McKinsey, CVC Africa
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

Raleshaba Moeng is a management consultant with experience in entrepreneurship and business transformation. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, IBM South Africa, and EMC2, and is co-founder of CVC Africa, where he helps entrepreneurs build and scale new ventures.

Sara Amighi
Background: McKinsey, McGill
Location: Dubai

Sara Amighi is an executive coach with 20 years of executive-level experience. She previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where she led global initiatives in professional development, personnel strategy, and leadership growth.

Alexandra Schmidt
Background: Oliver Wyman
Location: Dubai & Germany

Alexandra Schmidt is a strategy consultant and founder of Piz Advisory, where she helps organizations align on strategy, navigate change, and build talent capabilities. She began her career at Oliver Wyman, advising clients across the Middle East and Europe before leading the firm's global learning and development programs.

Paul Kirkitelos
Background: NASA, McKinsey, PhD Physics
Location: Mexico

Dr. Paul Kirkitelos is a business executive and former consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised corporations on strategy and financial decision-making. He served as Chairman and CEO of Doral Energy and held leadership roles including COO of Nutragenetics and founder of Rabbitt Capital Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Nonlinear Dynamics from the University of Virginia.

Matt Rubins
Background: Harvard, Cornell, M/C Venture Partners
Location: Boston, US

Matt Rubins is an investor focused on education and technology. He spent a decade as a General Partner at M/C Venture Partners, a $1B+ venture capital firm, and began his career as an investment banker on Wall Street. He holds degrees from Harvard Business School and Cornell University and teaches entrepreneurship and finance at Northeastern University.

Martin Checinski
Background: McKinsey, INSEAD
Location: Dubai

Martin Checinski is a strategy advisor and former Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he spent more than a decade advising public and private sector leaders across the Middle East. He later served as Chief Strategy Officer at Ajlan & Bros Holding Group, founded Delivering Value Partners, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Joyce Hau
Background: Google, McKinsey
Location: Singapore

Joyce Hau is a communications professional with experience in technology, media, and consulting. She spent more than a decade at Google, working across communications and partnerships for YouTube and Google Search, and previously worked at McKinsey & Company in Shanghai. She holds degrees from Columbia and UCL.

James Gutierrez
Background: Fulbright Scholar, MIT Sloan, Harvard
Location: Albuquerque, US

James Gutierrez is a global business leader with executive experience across the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. He was Managing Director for Fullbridge Africa, Director of Operations at Verge Fund, a Fulbright Scholar and served in the Executive Office of the President at the White House. He holds an MBA from MIT and an MPP from Harvard University.

Gloria Tam
Background: McKinsey, BCG, Harvard
Location: Boston, US

Dr. Gloria Tam is an executive education expert and thought leader in strategy, leadership, and learning innovation. She led BCG U at the Boston Consulting Group and spent a decade at McKinsey & Company, later serving as Head of Global Onboard Learning. She also held senior roles at Yale School of Management, Minerva University, and the Minerva Project.

François-Alexandre Léonard
Background: McKinsey, HEC
Location: Singapore

François-Alexandre Léonard is a business leader with experience leading operational teams in high-growth startups across Europe and Asia. He served as COO of Doctolib and ZUZU Hospitality, and earlier worked in private equity in China and at McKinsey & Company. He holds master’s degrees from HEC Paris and CEMS.

Cyrille Alhéritière
Background: McKinsey, UBS, IFM Business School
Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Dr. Cyrille Alheritiere is an independent strategy consultant and former Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company. He later held senior roles at UBS, including Head of Latin America in Geneva and COO of Wealth Management for EMMEA. He is also a professor at IFM Business School in Geneva.

Ashish Kumar Agarwal

Location: India

Ashish Kumar Agarwal is an entrepreneur and business leader with experience in global consulting and finance. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company and BlackRock. He later founded SkillFine, an online learning platform focused on practical business and finance education for leadership and growth.

Angie Bealko
Background: Dell, Harvard
Location: Austin, US

Angie Bealko is a strategy and education leader with experience in consulting, finance, and leadership development. She has worked with organizations including Dell and served as CFO of Austin Achieve Public Schools and founder of Brighthouse Education. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Caltech.

Bechara Abi Assi

Location: Dubai & Spain

Bechara Abi Assi is a leadership advisor, coach, and former management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised public and private sector clients across the Middle East. He studied at INSEAD and works with organizations and senior leaders on strategy, leadership development, and transformation.
